Take 1 tablespoon first thing in the morning, mixed into 1/4 cup of warm water. Take 1 tablespoon undiluted at bedtime as least 1 hour after eating. It is important to drink plenty of water between meals to assist in elimination. If you find you have any kind of digestive distress, or if you tend to be sensitive, start taking 1 teaspoon per dose, instead of 1 tablespoon. If discomfort continues, discontinue use.
