The first thing you'll notice about this supplement is that it lacks any cranberry. While traditional blends similar to this all use this fruit the fact it's lacking here is a good thing. I suffer from Interstitial Cystitis aka Painful Bladder Syndrome and literally nothing had helped until I found this blend. People with this disease are very sensitive to cranberry and it usually triggers a flare (aggressive symptoms). After around 1 month on this product I felt relief for the first time in over a year for which I am thankful. It really does work from my experience, the only downside is that I've read Uva Ursa and some of the other herbs cannot be taken for prolonged periods of time because they may damage the liver. Though it's definitely a good product and I can't recommend it enough. Thanks!
