Price Changes – Although we strive to maintain constant prices, they are subject to change without notice. Prices listed are NET and do not include freight, special handling, duties or taxes.
Shortages, Damages, and Over Shipments – Shortages, Damages and Over Shipments are to be reported to Nature’s Answer® within ten (10) days of receiving the order. Hold the product and original packaging until a return authorization number (RMA) has been issued. Damages must be reported within 10 days of receipt or credits will not be considered.
Returns – All of your purchases at Nature's Answer are covered by our 30-day unconditional guarantee. We will refund your cost if you have purchased your order directly from us, via website or phone order, with a credit card, OR we will replace the item with any item of equal value; your choice. We apologize, but we cannot accept returns or issue replacements on any products after 30 days. If we decide that we require that you return the product you are not happy with, we will issue an RMA number , and arrange for product pickup.
