Damiana Leaf (Turnera diffusa), is a small shrub native to parts of Central America, the Caribbean, and Mexico. It has aromatic leaves that have been traditionally used as an herbal remedy and as an aphrodisiac. The plant’s leaves are typically dried and used in teas, capsules, and extracts.
